The Verdict Is In: The Appeals Court Reversed Summary Judgement:

 Because a genuine dispute of material fact existed        as to whether  appellant Peebles was a member of the Board!!   The Summary Judgement which made them the legal board of trustees was reversed.

                                 They saw the FACTS!!!

     That means that the six rogue employees are no longer the legal board.
