MD Court Judge Dwight Jackson once again denies us our day in court . By not allowing us to present our evidence in a trial in court his biased decision allows more time for further fraud and abuse. Jericho church Secretary/COO Denise Killen admits under oath during the deposition phase of the pretrial activity to signing Apostle Betty Peebles name on the bank signature card just about five (5) days before her death to gain access to church funds, withdrawing $27,000.00 cash out of the church account and other egregious acts.

In a joint statement, the plaintiffs called Jackson’s decision “appalling,” because it “allows six defendants who admitted under oath to committing fraud, theft and forgery to remain in the Maryland Mega-church until the appeal or their 4 other cases go forward.” The plaintiffs cited the deposition where one of the members of the board, Killen, admitted to signing Betty Peebles name on documents and taking cash in the amount of $27,000.

In a letter to his congregation, Joel Peebles said that there are several more legal matters to be settled and the case is far from over.

“While the legal system has its twists and turns, the ways of Christ aids us in our steadfastness,” he wrote. “While this recent case is being sent for appeal and the three remaining cases are on the road to victory, let us continue our standards of unyielding love and forgiveness.”

Continue to Praise our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and to pray without ceasing. Yesterday Prince George’s County Circuit Court Judge Dwight Jackson once again made a ruling against us in our Articles Case. People of Praise not to worry, This is not the end! It is far from over! This ruling by this Judge Jackson is not final! The ruling is still reviewable! We will Appeal this! Remember in addition, we still have multiple lawsuits pending, one which is not in front of Judge Jackson. It is our opinion that the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County – Civil System is broken and has failed us. We believe that Judge Dwight Jackson consistently violates rules of civil procedure with impunity. We have lost faith in the Prince George’s County circuit court system. In our opinion we believe that there should be a review of the performance and the decisions made by Judge Dwight Jackson. While this is surely a bump in a crooked the road, our God will make every crooked road straight. In the end we still win!
People of Praise let us be perfectly clear, it is our opinion that when the depositions taken from these six Unholy, UnGodly, Self-Appointed, Rogue, board of thieves are released, you will soon know what we have suspected, that money has been taken. We believe that some have enriched themselves off of church tithes and offerings. You will see the words from their own mouths. Denise Killen will answer questions about why she withdrew over “$25,000.00 in Cash” out of the church bank account. Dorothy Williams will be asked about withdrawals in Cash amounting to $13,000.00. Clarence Jackson the janitor, well, he has to answer to over $47,000.00 of funds. He gets over $91,000.00 for a salary, and that’s not enough. The Secretary Denise Killen admits under oath, that she used an electronic signature stamp three (3) days before Apostle died to get her name added to the bank accounts signature card. Hmm!
We believe this is criminal. There will be more to come.

The Legal Update on the City of Praise congregation’s cases filed against the Six Ungodly, Unholy, Self-Appointed, Rogue Crooks:

The Articles Case:

Case number CAL 12-13537 in which members of the congregation have filed a lawsuit against the six unholy, un-elected, self-appointed rogue employees, because they claim the congregation elected them as trustees of the church at our Landover, MD campus. This case is the exact same case that we received a default judgment against the six crooks by another Judge just too mysteriously have it given back to Judge Dwight Jackson who then overturned that decision. Now we have to go back to court and try this case before a Jury in Judge Jackson’s court room. The 6 crooks have managed to stall and delay this case for many months but their time is running out and they know it

This Friday December 13, 2013 at 9am there is a hearing at the County Courthouse 14735 Main Street, Upper Marlboro Maryland 20772 in Judge Dwight Jackson’s Courtroom
The purpose of the hearing is to resolve the issue of the 6 crooks refusal to attend depositions on their scheduled dates. A Deposition is when the crooks have to answer questions under oath with a court reporter present, for an upcoming case. The congregation is taking the six rogue employees to court because they intentionally did not show up for their pre-trial depositions. Approximately 90-100 days before a trial the lawyers meet in the judge’s chambers to set the dates for the trial. The judge then makes an order based on this meeting. There are hard dates that things need to be completed by. Because of the rogue employees refusal to attend their deposition our lawyers have filed BODILY ATTACHMENTs. This means the Sheriff could come and get them (handcuffs if necessary), and make them come to court and explain why they have refused to do the depositions.
Several questions beg to be answered. Why would these six unelected, self-appointed rogue employee crooks refuse to answer questions under oath? What are they afraid of? Could it be that these Un-Godly, Un-Holy, bible toting thieves are fearful of answering question related to the church’s financial records? It doesn’t take a rocket scientist to figure out that these six self-elected, unholy, rogue employees would rather have their teeth drilled without Novocain than answer questions about how the congregation DID NOT VOTE THEM IN in December 2010. (can you say perjury), and about the financial records (can you say soap on a rope)
Keep in mind that these are the same people who were previously asked to turn over the corporate records of the church. A non-profit 501c3. We had to sue them (Records case) to get the corporate records including the bank statements.
These people claim they love the lord yet they refuse to follow the rules of the land (law). GOD HAS EXPOSED AND UNCOVERED THEM. Things done in the dark have been brought to light. Numbers 32:23. “But if you do not do so, then take note, you have sinned against the Lord; and be sure your sin will find you out”

The Six Rogues Employees request have Been Denied!!

On October 26, 2012 not long after the Maryland Court of Special Appeals reversed the decision of the lower court. The Six Self-Appointed Rogue employees filed an appeal to the Supreme Court in Maryland. Well the Ungodly, Unholy six employees kept telling their supporters that Pastor Joel and Chairman Meadows did not win anything with the court of special appeals decision, lol. If that were true, then why did they immediately file an appeal??

They attempted to tie up this case in the court system for another 4-5 years by filing an appeal. But God!!

On Tuesday January 22, 2013, the Maryland Court of Appeals, which is the supreme court in Maryland has agreed with the Maryland Court of Special Appeals and has denied the Petition for Writ of Certiorari entered by the six Self-Appointed, Rogue employees. This means that the Court of Appeals of Maryland (the highest court) will not even entertain the thought of looking at their case. The court said that they saw no issue that would make them think an error occurred when the Court of Special Appeals overruled Judge Dwight Jackson. It said that he was wrong in giving the six Self-Appointed Rogue employees their summary judgment. They agreed that there was sufficient evidence to show that Pastor Joel was in fact a member of the Board of Trustees all the time.

Recap: So now you have the two highest courts in the State of Maryland, more than ten Honorable Judges stating that they do not see any reason why there should have been a Summary Judgment against Pastor Joel Peebles and Chairman William Meadows.

There is too much evidence that support Pastor Joel!
