Members Legal case against Six Unelected, UnGodly, Self-Appointed Rogue board members moves forward

       City of Praise Church Members

As you know we the membership currently have two (2) legal cases already filed with the Circuit Court of Maryland  on behalf of the City of Praise Church Congregation vs. the Jericho UnGodly Six.   In our first case  # CAL 12-3774 (we have requested the financial records of the Jericho Baptist Church Ministries ), the unelected, unholy, self-appointed rogue board members refuse to provide the records for our inspection which is unlawful.  Their arrogance would not allow them to even answer the complaint against them within the time limits after being officially serve.   Issac Marks the Attorney for the six rogues members filed a motion to have the Financial Records Case #CAL 12-3774 dismissed, stating that we the members do not have standing because we are not members there any longer!!  They put us off of the property?    They sent us letters telling us that our memberships there were terminated??    They excommunicated us??

*** On Monday August 6, 2012,

           We received a copy of the Order from Judge Krauser of the Circuit Court of Maryland, and it says that the Six Unelected, UnGodly, Self-Appointed Rogue members ‘Motion to Dismiss’ the financial records case against them has been DENIED!!!

That means that these crooks will have to come to court and face us now.  City of Praise members we need your help more than ever, the wind is at our backs, the tide has now turned, all of the tricks used by their attorney and the favoritism given to him has come to a screeching halt.   We are one step closer to taking back what the devil has stolen.  We are fired up and we will not be denied!  The City of Praise Church is coming out of Exile and we are about to take the city.   The City of Praise congregation are being represented by Attorney Raouf M.  Abdullah & Associates, LLC – website: www.abdullahlaw.com.  Our Attorney Mr. Abdullah is very competent and is very confident that we will prevail.  We now have a responsibility to pay off some of the legal fees that have accrued thus far.  The Legal Ministry now needs to raise funds for the two lawsuits that have been filed.   Please take note that any contributions made will not be considered taxable-deductions.   Payments can be made in the following ways:     Checks can be made payable to: Raouf  M. The Appeal has been set for Tuesday September 11, 2012

Joel 2:25    25 And I will restore to you the years that the locust hath eaten, the cankerworm, and the caterpiller, and the palmerworm, my great army which I sent among you.

 The appeals process in the case for Pastor Joel R. Peebles and Chairman William  Meadows against the six self-appointed, unelected, unholy, rogue board
members has been expedited. The controversial decision handed down by Judge
Dwight Jackson that put these six rogues members in place will be heard by
three honorable appeals court judges.  Judge Jackson presided over the first case and acted less than competent not acting on the majority of the motions before him
yet making his decision.

This comment below was posted by a defense lawyer at a site called the Robing Room an online site where judges are rated. Hmm!

Comments:                                              This Judge seems to have an unscrupulous relationship with Attorney Issac Marks.  It appears that Judge Jackson Continues to provide Marks with favorable rulings and allows him to work outside of the standards held by the courts.  If Issac Marks is your opposing counsel, be assured that the ruling will not be in your favor.  Further investigation needs to be done into their improprieties.
 This comment echos the sentiment of those in attendance in the court room many days during the trial.

Two cases have been filed on behalf of the City of Praise Congregation

The unelected Trustees have continued to refuse to provide records for inspection as well as even answer the complaint against them.  They have basically filed documents to dismiss the action instead of providing an answer why they should not provide records. The closet thing they provide to an answer is that we have no right to see records because we are not members.  They have even changed the bylaws to suit their policy that if anyone opposes them they can be excommunicated as a member. Judge Dwight Jackson has supported them in the past and shown bias as well as a disregard for civil procedure and the law.  Our attorney has put in many hours of research, held meetings, and drafted documents in support of our case.  Our attorney has developed a strategy to move forward with removing the unelected board members and restoring the rightful place of our elected board Pastor and Members to the City of Praise. More details will be released once a court date is set regarding the unelected board members not responding to the lawsuit to provide records.  Additionally, there is a second lawsuit filed on behalf of the congregation because the illegal board was never elected in accordance with Maryland law.  These six rogue board members should not get too comfortable.

 God is a God of restoration!

That means he’s not going to repay you just for everything  done wrong he’s going to go above and beyond and make things better than before.

God will give you double for your trouble!

Recently Pastor Joel received a series of e-mails regarding his mother’s house and personal property. First, the trustees of the estate gave Pastor Joel an unreasonable amount of time to come to his mother’s house, to look and see what was there and to arrange to remove any of the personal property (furniture, clothes etc.).  Of course that is if anything was left in the house after the rogue board members allegedly took what they wanted.  After Apostle’s death, it was reported that these rogue board members were seen coming out of the residence loaded with trash bags and boxes of stuff. Hmm!!!

Secondly, Pastor Joel R. Peebles’s offer to purchase his mother’s house was rejected recently.  The personal Representatives/Executor’s (the Freeman’s) would not even show mercy or grace to him (common courtesy).  Come on!  These “Christians” would not afford Pastor Joel and the Peebles family the opportunity to keep the home that they the nieces and nephews spent their childhood and holidays in, to remain in that family.  Wow!!!

Pastor Joel received a letter telling him to come get your mothers stuff before we drop it off to a storage facility.  Pastor Joel has not been allowed in the house up to this point, now you give him just a few days.   SHAME ON YOU!!!

Can you see Christ Jesus anywhere in this decision? We believe that non-christians would have a more christ like response in the same situation. UNBELIEVABLE!!!

It’s a Shame before God!  Long time born again spirit filled members of the City of Praise were kicked out the week before last.  They were sent letters telling them not to come back to the church and they can not come onto the property.  Long time elders, deacons and members were among those who received letters . This was an attempt to silence those who disagree with them and support Pastor Joel Peebles.
